We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation undergoing an exciting transformation in AI, data and automation. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative technology team delivering secure, scalable AI solutions that drive real business value. You'll work across the full solution lifecycle, helping to turn innovative ideas into production-ready tools within a highly regulated environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and build data pipelines and AI-enabled solutions to support business and operational processes.
- Develop and deploy AI, automation and analytics capabilities, including generative AI and workflow optimisation.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and well-governed solutions.
- Create reporting and monitoring dashboards while supporting testing, documentation and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:
- Strong experience with Python and SQL, alongside data engineering or software development skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake), APIs and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Exposure to AI technologies, machine learning, LLMs or automation frameworks within a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams in a structured, delivery-focused setting.
