What you’ll be working on 🚀
- Build agentic, human-in-the-loop workflows - researching, prototyping, and shipping AI-driven processes that generate high-quality data, tasks, and environments for customers.
- Push state-of-the-art performance - define success metrics, run rigorous evaluations, dig into data, and continually improve system reliability and output quality.
- Work at the frontier of AI - apply and innovate on cutting-edge techniques in agentic pipelines, context engineering, and model tuning/post-training to maximise system capability.
- Productionise research - partner with software engineering to turn new methods into scalable, observable, high-impact production features.
