About The Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as AI Training Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students through our AI courses, providing support and mentorship to help them achieve their learning objectives. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences, coordinate with instructors to ensure course quality, and assist students in understanding complex concepts related to artificial intelligence and data science. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and mentorship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping the next generation of AI professionals while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, Python programming, and AI model development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Previous experience in training, tutoring, or mentoring is preferred.
- Passion for technology, continuous learning, and helping others succeed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on AI fundamentals, Python, AI models, and application development.
- Support students throughout their learning journey by providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Assist in developing course materials, assignments, and real-world project work to enhance practical understanding.
- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers to ensure course content remains current and relevant.
- Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Participate in continuous course improvement initiatives based on student feedback and industry trends.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, innovation, and professional growth.
