AI Full Stack Developer
AI-First Full Stack Developer | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | 6 Month Contract
TechNET IT has partnered with a large, technology-driven organisation undergoing a significant software modernisation programme as part of its wider investment in AI and engineering transformation.
We are seeking an experienced AI-First Full Stack Developer to join a highly skilled engineering team focused on modernising business-critical applications and delivering scalable, cloud-ready software solutions.
This is an execution-focused contract opportunity suited to developers who enjoy building high-quality software from well-defined requirements whilst leveraging modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Modernise and enhance existing business-critical software applications
- Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions, APIs and services
- Deliver production-ready code supported by automated testing
- Utilise AI development tools to accelerate software delivery
- Review, validate and refine AI-generated outputs
- Work closely with technical leadership to deliver against documented specifications and acceptance criteria
Required Experience:
- Strong commercial full-stack development experience
- Experience working on complex, business-critical systems
- Strong API, database and cloud platform expertise
- Proven software testing, debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality software at pace
- Active use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex or similar
