About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer with a strong Python background to design, build and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions. You'll work on cutting-edge AI applications, developing intelligent multi-agent systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and delivering scalable cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform. This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building reliable AI systems for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready multi-agent AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADT.
- Build secure Python APIs and Back End services to enable AI agent interactions and external integrations.
- Develop and optimise prompts, state management, memory handling, and context orchestration for LLM-powered applications.
- Implement structured outputs using JSON schemas and Pydantic validation.
- Design robust guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and safety controls to improve AI reliability and reduce hallucinations.
- Build observability into AI systems through tracing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
- Deploy cloud-native applications using modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
