About Capgemini Invent

At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive responsible transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

Role Overview

To help us, we’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our AI Governance & Trust team. In this leadership role, you’ll shape how organisations design, govern, and scale AI responsibly, bringing deep expertise in responsible AI frameworks and the ability to connect them to broader strategic and organisational priorities. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients to build the structures they need to deploy AI safely and ethically, while also helping set the strategic direction of the AI Governance & Trust team and establishing it as a trusted partner for organisations navigating an increasingly complex AI governance landscape.

Your Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and delivery, defining how organisations design, govern, and scale AI in a safe, transparent, and trustworthy way.

As a Senior Manager in the AI Governance and Trust team, you will:

  • Shape and steer client AI governance strategies, translating regulatory and ethical requirements and industry best practice into actionable frameworks, policies, and controls that enable responsible AI adoption at scale.
  • Lead the design and implementation of governance processes across the AI lifecycle, from initial concept through development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing assurance ensuring policies and practices are adopted through effective culture, communication, and training.
  • Provide AI assurance expertise, helping clients assess their AI systems (including GenAI and Agentic) and ensure they meet regulatory expectations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring governance approaches are strategically aligned and embedded across the organisation.
  • Provide thought leadership and horizon scanning, advising clients on emerging governance trends, standards, and regulatory changes.

Alongside client delivery, you will play a crucial role in shaping the practice and driving business growth through:

  • Evolving our AI Governance & Trust proposition, contributing to the direction and development of our offers, assets, tools, methodologies, and thought leadership that address client needs and differentiate Capgemini Invent in the market.
  • Business development, leading major proposals, shaping propositions and campaigns, contributing to pitches, engaging clients, and building long-term relationships that support account growth.
  • Internal leadership, shaping the team’s strategic direction and developing its capability, through sharing knowledge and helping colleagues stay ahead of new governance approaches, regulatory changes, and industry trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
