About the Role
You're not just managing implementations — you're turning enterprise complexity into measurable impact. At Monq, every deployment is a live proof that AI can fundamentally change how large organisations negotiate. As AI Implementation Manager, you own that proof end to end: from the first kick-off call with a Fortune 500 CPO to the moment Monq is embedded in their procurement workflow and delivering outcomes they can point to.
This isn't a coordination role, and it isn't a process role. You translate complex enterprise requirements into concrete delivery plans, hold cross-functional teams to them, and make sure every customer goes live on time and at full value — with the minimum structure needed to get there and none of the bureaucracy that slows everyone down. What you build becomes the foundation for how Monq scales its customer base globally, so you're not inheriting a playbook. You're writing the first one.
Ready to define how the world's largest enterprises adopt AI-powered procurement negotiation? Let's get in touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Enterprise Implementation Delivery
- Own end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off through to go-live, accountable for delivery on time, on scope, and to the quality bar Monq's enterprise customers expect
- Translate complex customer procurement requirements into structured solution designs and phased implementation plans that the engineering team can execute against
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Fortune 500 procurement and IT stakeholders throughout the full implementation lifecycle
- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and keep senior stakeholders informed with clear, direct communication — no surprises at go-live
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate between Monq's Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure seamless execution across every customer deployment
- Work closely with the SAP Integration Consultant and Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer system landscapes into precise integration requirements
- Feed structured customer feedback and deployment learnings directly back into the product roadmap — you are one of the primary sources of ground-truth insight about how enterprise customers actually use Monq in production
Scalable Delivery Operations
- Build the implementation frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and delivery templates from scratch — just enough to let Monq run multiple enterprise deployments in parallel without quality degradation, and not an ounce of process for process's sake
- Define and track success metrics for each implementation — clear go-live criteria, adoption milestones, and measurable procurement outcomes that customers can report internally
- Contribute to the development of Monq's customer-facing documentation, integration guides, and training materials
What You'll Need
Essential Experience
- 4+ years in software implementation, implementation consulting, customer success, or enterprise project management — ideally at a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software implementations on time and to scope, with multiple stakeholders and technical dependencies in play
- Experience working directly with senior enterprise stakeholders — CPOs, CIOs, Heads of Procurement — and managing their expectations through a multi-month delivery cycle
- The judgement to hold a complex, multi-stakeholder delivery together — timelines, dependencies, risks, comms — with lightweight structure rather than heavyweight process

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Technical Understanding
- Comfortable engaging with technical concepts at a sufficient level to translate between customer IT teams and Monq's engineers — you don't need to write code but you need to understand what's being built and why
- Familiarity with enterprise system landscapes including ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Coupa, as well as API integrations and procurement data flows
- AI-first mindset — you're actively curious about how AI systems work, comfortable discussing their capabilities and limitations with enterprise buyers, and you use AI tooling in your own day-to-day work
Professional Skills
- Exceptionally organised with strong written and verbal communication — you can produce a clear project plan, a crisp stakeholder update, and a precise requirements document with equal ease
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in an early-stage environment where the frameworks don't exist yet because you haven't built them yet
- High ownership mentality — if something is at risk of going wrong on your implementation, you surface it and fix it before anyone has to ask
Nice to Have
- Background in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing — either as a practitioner or as a consultant serving those functions
- You've built an implementation or customer success function at an early-stage startup from zero, not just operated one that already existed
- Familiarity with AI agent systems, LLM-powered applications, or autonomous workflow tools
- Process is a tool, not a religion. You've worked inside structured methodologies and you know exactly when to drop them. We don't care about PMP or PRINCE2 — at our stage they're overhead. We care that you can keep a hard delivery on track with judgement and momentum, not a stage-gate checklist
- Experience managing simultaneous implementations across multiple geographies
