Salary: £33,400 – £36,000 per year, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

About Mind3

Mind3 is a UK-based leadership development and organisational performance consultancy. We work with clients to design and deliver high-impact leadership programmes, learning experiences, and organisational development solutions.

We are now exploring how AI, data, and digital tools can strengthen our client work, improve programme insight, and support more scalable, personalised, and measurable learning experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Innovation Analyst to support the development and implementation of AI-enabled tools, data insights, reporting automation, and digital workflow improvements across our leadership development programmes and internal operations.

This role would suit someone with a background in computer science, data analysis, business analytics, AI tools, reporting dashboards, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse programme, participant, and client data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development of AI-enabled workflows, tools, and prototypes for leadership development and client programme delivery.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data summaries using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Support the use of AI tools for programme diagnostics, reporting automation, personalised communications, and internal process improvement.
  • Work with project and programme teams to improve data collection, reporting, evaluation, and client insight.
  • Assist with testing and documenting AI use cases, including custom GPT-style tools, workflow automation, and knowledge-management solutions.
  • Prepare clear written summaries, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of AI experiments, data outputs, process changes, and lessons learned.
  • Support the development of scalable AI-enabled services and client-facing innovation initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
