We are now exploring how AI, data, and digital tools can strengthen our client work, improve programme insight, and support more scalable, personalised, and measurable learning experiences.
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Innovation Analyst to support the development and implementation of AI-enabled tools, data insights, reporting automation, and digital workflow improvements across our leadership development programmes and internal operations.
This role would suit someone with a background in computer science, data analysis, business analytics, AI tools, reporting dashboards, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse programme, participant, and client data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of AI-enabled workflows, tools, and prototypes for leadership development and client programme delivery.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data summaries using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Support the use of AI tools for programme diagnostics, reporting automation, personalised communications, and internal process improvement.
- Work with project and programme teams to improve data collection, reporting, evaluation, and client insight.
- Assist with testing and documenting AI use cases, including custom GPT-style tools, workflow automation, and knowledge-management solutions.
- Prepare clear written summaries, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of AI experiments, data outputs, process changes, and lessons learned.
- Support the development of scalable AI-enabled services and client-facing innovation initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience
- Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data analytics, information systems, business analytics, AI, or a related field.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools.
- Good understanding of AI tools, automation, machine learning concepts, or digital workflow improvement.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar tools would be beneficial.
- Ability to translate data and technical findings into clear business insights.
- Strong written communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in leadership development, learning, coaching, organisational change, or consulting.

Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting AI/automation projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, GPT tools, or similar.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, process documentation, or client-facing insight summaries.
- Understanding of ethical and responsible AI use in a business context.
Working Arrangement
This is a UK-based hybrid role. The successful candidate may work remotely part of the time but will be expected to attend UK-based meetings, internal planning sessions, client-related work, workshops, and programme support activities as required.
