The Opportunity
Build. Automate. Innovate.
Forget shadowing and coffee runs. At Gravitee, we believe the best way to learn AI is to build with it. We are looking for two high-energy, technically-curious interns to join our Operations Team for an 8-week summer intensive.
You will be embedded directly into the heart of our business engine, identifying manual "friction points" and replacing them with elegant, AI-powered automations. This is a hands-on role where you will move from concept to a working production tool in weeks, not months.

Working within the Ops department, your goal is to make Gravitee faster and smarter. Your projects will include:
- Process Automation: Using tools like n8n to design and build automated workflows that handle repetitive business tasks.
- AI-Assisted Prototyping: Utilizing Cursor and "vibe coding" techniques to rapidly build internal applications and tools.
- Smart Reporting: Implementing AI-driven resource planning and cross-functional reporting dashboards.
- Tangible Delivery: You will own at least one major automation project from initial discovery to final documentation and leadership presentation.
The Tech Stack
You’ll get a crash course in the tools used by modern "AI-first" companies:
- n8n: For production-grade workflow automation.
- Cursor / LLMs: For AI-accelerated development and prototyping.
- Gravitee Platform: Gaining deep exposure to API management and integration design.
Who You Are
- Curious & Practical: You don't just read about AI; you want to see how it can fix a broken business process.
- Background: Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business.
- Problem Solver: You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy solving real problems that don't have a "right" answer in a textbook.
- Communicator: You can explain a technical automation to a non-technical stakeholder with ease.

Application Task: The Gravitee Operations Challenge
The Context: As part of our Operations team, your goal is to use AI to solve practical business problems and improve how Gravitee operates. This internship is a hands-on trial where you will be building real-world tools from day one.
The Prompt
Identify a common, repetitive manual process found in a typical business Operations department (examples include: new hire onboarding, meeting summarization, internal FAQ management, or resource tracking).
In 300 words or less, please describe:
- The Friction: Why is this process currently inefficient?
- The AI Solution: How would you use an LLM (like ChatGPT) and an automation tool (like n8n) to fix it?
- The Impact: What is the tangible benefit to the team (e.g., hours saved, better data accuracy)?
