The Company hiring an AI and Innovation Manager
This opportunity is with a leading professional services firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services. The AI and Innovation Manager will support the development and implementation of the firm's AI and innovation strategy, helping to integrate emerging technologies into legal practice while promoting responsible adoption and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities of the AI & Innovation Manager
- Support AI strategy delivery - Assist in developing and implementing the firm's AI and innovation strategy, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and the needs of legal teams.
- Deliver technology initiatives - Identify, evaluate and support the implementation of AI and legal technology solutions, including pilots and proof-of-concept projects that enhance efficiency, quality and client service.
- Collaborate across the business - Work closely with lawyers, Knowledge, Technology and Projects teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and embed new ways of working.
- Drive adoption and engagement - Support the successful adoption of AI tools through training, communications, user engagement activities and the development of guidance, best practice materials and prompt libraries.
- Monitor performance and innovation - Track adoption, usage and business impact through data and stakeholder feedback, while keeping informed of developments in AI and legal technology to identify future opportunities.

Skills & Attributes of the AI & Innovation Manager
- Professional services experience - Experience within a law firm or professional services environment and a strong understanding of legal workflows and client service delivery.
- Strong AI knowledge - Demonstrable understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI and emerging legal technologies, with experience delivering innovation or legal technology initiatives from concept through to implementation.
- Project management capability - Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication - Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across legal, operational and technical teams and support organisational change.
- Commercial and analytical mindset - Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills, confidence using data and reporting to measure adoption, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and emerging technology.
