We’re looking for someone who shares our excitement for what’s next. Not someone who thinks AI replaces creativity. Someone who knows it amplifies it.

About bbd

We’ve been creating award-winning B2B work for over 60 years. Today, we’re building on that legacy by integrating AI into the way we think, create and deliver – not because it’s fashionable, but because we believe it helps us produce better work.

We partner with some of the world’s biggest brands across technology, cyber security, finance and insurance, creating campaigns, content and digital experiences that make complex businesses impossible to ignore.

The Role

We’re looking for a Midweight Creative who combines strong conceptual thinking with a genuine passion for AI-enabled creativity.

You’ll work alongside strategists, writers, designers and motion creatives to develop ideas that solve real business problems. AI should already be part of how you explore, prototype and craft your work—but you’ll also know when great thinking, taste and human judgement matter most.

This is an opportunity to help shape not only the work we produce, but how creativity evolves inside the agency.

What you’ll do

  • Develop creative ideas across integrated campaigns, digital, social and content.
  • Use AI tools to explore concepts, accelerate ideation and enhance creative execution.
  • Work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, strategists and developers from brief through to delivery.
  • Create presentations, prototypes and campaign assets that inspire both clients and colleagues.
  • Stay curious about emerging AI tools and creative workflows, sharing useful discoveries with the wider team.
  • Contribute to pitches, innovation projects and new ways of working across the agency.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through confidence, curiosity and great creative thinking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why join bbd?

We’re not looking to bolt AI onto the end of our creative process. We’re redesigning how an agency works.

You’ll have access to leading AI tools, a team that genuinely wants to experiment, and clients who trust us to bring fresh thinking.

You’ll work alongside strategists, creatives, developers and motion specialists who care deeply about great ideas and great craft.

The creatives who thrive here are the curious ones. They know how to connect ideas, people, AI tools, technology and human insight into work that's smarter, more original and more effective. They’re orchestrators as well as creators.

If you’re excited about creating work that couldn’t have existed a year ago – and helping shape what creative agencies look like over the next decade – we’d love to hear from you.
