Chinese Language Expert (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for Chinese language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems built for Chinese language learning and communication. Your linguistic insight and teaching experience will directly shape how AI understands, assesses, and teaches Chinese — making a real impact on one of the world's most widely spoken languages.

Location: Remote
Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week
Schedule: Fully asynchronous — work on your own time
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated Chinese speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
- Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
- Apply expert judgment to identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Chinese
- Provide structured feedback that strengthens AI tutoring and language-learning models
- Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts

Who You Are
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese
- Experience teaching Chinese or evaluating learner language
- Strong written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level)
- Solid familiarity with learner speech patterns and CEFR frameworks
- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
- No prior AI experience required
