Senior AI Transformation Manager – Compliance

We're partnering with a leading global financial services organisation embarking on an exciting AI transformation programme across its Compliance function, delivering innovative solutions that enhance regulatory oversight, streamline operations, and define the future of Compliance.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of AI transformation initiatives across the Compliance function.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
  • Redesign processes to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
  • Drive AI adoption while ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Technology, and Operations to deliver strategic change.

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering AI, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
  • Strong ability in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, and financial services regulation is highly desirable.
