Job Description

WHO WE ARE

Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality, and people. Across the group, we support around 10,000 learners a year and we're scaling fast, including a growing AI Leadership programme for senior professionals driving adoption inside their own organisations.

We need someone ready to help senior professionals cut through the noise, lead responsible AI adoption, and turn organisational ambition into measurable impact.

THE QUICK FACTS

  • Location: Remote-first, UK. Occasional travel for company events and onboarding.
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Start: Immediate or near-term
  • DBS check required for all candidates
  • Programme: Level 5 AI Leadership apprenticeship programmes

LIFE IN THE ROLE

Your day starts with a review of where your learners stand against their business case, adoption plan, or governance milestone, then moves into the coaching conversations that take that work forward.

The bulk of your time is spent coaching senior, mixed-experience apprentices through real AI adoption work: opportunity assessment, business case development, supplier evaluation, risk and assurance, stakeholder engagement. Alongside that sits the tracking and quality assurance that keeps delivery compliant.

Priorities shift. A board changes direction, a pilot stalls, a learner's organisation deprioritises the initiative their portfolio was built around. The work requires the judgement to adapt coaching and content accordingly, while keeping learners on track for milestones and assessment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We work remote-first. Apprentify is a scale-up, so processes are still maturing and priorities can move quickly. We're looking for someone who brings structure to that environment rather than waiting for it to be handed to them.

TEAM & CULTURE

You'll join the Delivery team, working alongside curriculum, operations, and employer-facing colleagues to keep the learner journey coherent.

  • Reports to: Performance Manager
  • How we work: Clear expectations, genuine ownership of how you deliver against them.

The admin load is real and matters more at this level, not less. Apprenticeship delivery is Ofsted-regulated, which means governance decisions, risk assessments, and business cases need to be evidenced as rigorously as the coaching itself. If you've operated in governed environments before, this will feel familiar rather than burdensome.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

  • ✔ Significant experience in AI adoption, digital transformation, automation, or technology-enabled change, ideally alongside procurement, governance, risk, or organisational development
  • ✔ Proven training and coaching capability, confident facilitating mixed-experience and senior audiences
  • ✔ Able to translate AI strategy, governance, and risk into clear, accessible guidance without losing the substance
  • ✔ Commercially literate: you understand how organisations build a case for change, evaluate suppliers, and measure impact
  • ✔ Comfortable working in a scale-up environment where process is still being built

This Is Not For You If

  • ✘ Your experience with AI adoption is theoretical rather than applied
  • ✘ You need established process and precedent before you can operate effectively
  • ✘ You're looking for a narrowly defined, single-track role

How To Apply

Skip the cover letter. Send your CV and a short note on an AI adoption initiative you've led or supported and what you learned from it.

At Apprentify, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, particularly those who are currently underrepresented in our workforce. We value different perspectives, lived experiences, and ways of thinking and we recognise the positive impact they have on our learners, our culture, and our organisation.

We are dedicated to removing barriers in our recruitment process and will provide reasonable adjustments where needed to ensure all candidates have a fair opportunity to succeed.

If you have any questions about the application process or would like to discuss reasonable adjustments, please get in touch with us – we’re here to support you.
