What’s the Job?
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking AI Leadership & Digital Transformation Trainer to deliver impactful learning experiences focused on AI adoption, leadership and digital skills. You’ll help learners and employers understand how AI can improve and accelerate productivity, decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and organisational performance. This is more than technical training, it’s about helping people lead confidently in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
Deliver engaging, industry-leading training focused on AI, leadership, workplace productivity, and organisational transformation Support learners in developing practical skills in the application of AI tools, automation, data-informed decision-making, and digital collaboration Facilitate engaging workshops that help leaders and teams confidently adopt AI within their roles and organisations Provide high value training which allows learners to implement their learning and drive business improvements Deliver training around: AI strategy and opportunity AI governance and responsible adoption AI-enabled organisational transformation Workforce impact and change leadership AI productivity and operational improvement Build strong relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders to create a high-impact and supportive learning environment Drive learner success through effective coaching, mentoring, and management of individual learning plans Ensure high-quality programme delivery aligned to awarding organisation standards, compliance requirements, and internal quality expectations Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, digital transformation, and workforce innovation, embedding current industry practices into curriculum delivery Collaborate with curriculum teams and subject matter experts to continuously improve content and learner engagement Support employers in understanding the opportunities, risks, and practical implementation of AI within the workplace Deliver onsite workshops and training sessions for employer partners and key accounts across the UK Champion innovation and contribute to the development of new AI and leadership learning solutions Maintain and continually develop your own professional knowledge across AI technologies, leadership, education, and digital transformation Contribute to the delivery and evolution of wider digital, leadership, and emerging technology programmes across Baltic’s growing skills portfolio

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Professional Expertise
Proven experience delivering training, coaching, workshops, or facilitation within AI and management and leadership Strong understanding of generative AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent technologies Strong management and leadership experience Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity, communication, collaboration, decision-making, or operational efficiency Understanding of how AI impacts leadership, organisational culture, workforce capability, and business operations Experience supporting learners, teams, or organisations through digital change or transformation initiatives Understanding of responsible and ethical AI use within business settings
