AI Leadership Facilitator & Marker (University/Academic Experience)

AI Leadership Facilitator (Postgraduate-Level Online Programme) – Remote (UK or Compatible Time Zones)

About the Role

At peopleworth, we support work where people and performance thrive. As part of our Employer Group, we work with forward-thinking partners and are excited to announce this remote, part-time fixed-term opportunity for an AI Leadership Facilitator within our growing group.

You’ll have the opportunity to coordinate and deliver a postgraduate-level online programme in AI Leadership, blending academic rigour with applied leadership insight. This role involves guiding learners through live sessions, mentorship, and feedback while maintaining high academic standards. Ideal for experienced educators, fuelled by a mix of academic excellence and hands-on AI leadership expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate weekly live online sessions using structured academic course materials.
  • Supervise Assistant Facilitators, ensuring consistency in learner engagement, marking quality, and feedback alignment with programme rubrics.
  • Provide 1-to-1 academic guidance and tailored feedback to learners in adherence to established standards.
  • Monitor and uphold high standards across delivery, assessments, and learner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to address content updates and operational challenges.
  • Engage in programme review discussions, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the programme in internal forums or panels as needed, ensuring all academic activities align with institutional frameworks.

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant PhD or equivalent high-level qualification.
  • University/delivery institution experience: Prior lecturing, marking, or structured academic/executive education facilitation.
  • Expertise in AI Leadership: Deep understanding of AI governance, strategy, and ethics within business/organisational contexts.
  • Online engagement skills: Proven ability to moderate and inspire senior professionals in virtual environments.
  • Clarion delivery credentials: Clear written and verbal communication for academic facilitation and mentor support.
  • Leadership experience: Track record of mentoring and coordinating Assistant Facilitators in fast-paced settings.
  • Availability: Must comfortably accommodate remote collaboration across time zones and manage multiple delivery cycles efficiently.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification or equivalent knowledge to demonstrate mastery in AI and leadership theory.

Contract & Compensation

  • Term: Fixed-term (until June 2026)
  • Scope: Part-time, 8–12 hours/week (flexible allocation for sessions and review cycles)
  • Rate: £65/hour (negotiable based on expertise)
  • Location: Fully remote (UK-based or compatible global hours)

Recruitment Process
