AI Leadership Facilitator – Remote, Part-Time (UK-Based)

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Leadership Facilitator to design, deliver, and manager postgraduate-level online programmes in AI leadership. This position combines academic rigor with practical leadership insights, guiding learners across live sessions, mentorship, and feedback.

Ideal for:

  • Experienced educators, executive trainers, or facilitators
  • Professionals with hands-on AI expertise in leadership, governance, and organisational strategy
  • Individuals comfortable acting as both instructor and academic mentor

This is a remote, part-time, fixed-term contract (until June 2026), open to UK-based candidates or those in compatible time zones.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver structured weekly live online sessions, adopting guided course materials
  • Supervise Assistant Facilitators, setting standards for learner engagement and assessment quality
  • Provide 1-to-1 mentoring and constructive academic feedback using defined rubrics
  • Monitor delivery quality, assessments, and learner satisfaction, ensuring alignment with programme standards
  • Collaborate with academic and delivery teams on content updates and issue resolutions
  • Participate in programme reviews, offering insights for continuous improvement
  • Represent the programme at internal panels, forums, or forums as required
  • Uphold all academic frameworks and institutional standards

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant PhD (or equivalent) for postgraduate-level teaching
  • University-level lecturing or academic marking experience (or equivalent professional qualifications)
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Facilitating adult or executive education programmes
    • AI leadership, governance, strategy, and ethics in a business context
  • Strong skills in:
    • Managing workshop pequeños or virtual cohort dynamics with senior professionals
    • Clear written and verbal communication for facilitation and feedback sessions
  • Leadership and coordination experience, including mentoring and oversight of junior assisting facilitators.
  • Experience with working across time zones and remote collaboration
  • Organisational skills to navigate multiple deliveries and review deadlines efficiently
  • Postgraduate studies or industry training equivalent (helpful but not mandatory)

Contract Details

  • Term: Fixed-term, until June 2026
  • Hours: ~8–12 hours/week (flexible for live sessions, discussions, and mentorship)
  • Rate: £65/hour (prorated according to experience)
  • Delivery: Fully remote (UK or aligned timezone preferred)
