About the Role
Looking for your first step into AI, technology, and business improvement?
We’re seeking a confident, curious, and people-focused apprentice to join our Learning & Development / Systems team for a unique opportunity to learn how AI and technology can help businesses work smarter while developing skills in:
- Coaching
- Training
- Communication
- Business improvement
This role is not a coding or software development position—we’re looking for someone who thrives in people-led roles and enjoys learning new things while enabling others to succeed.
Ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience, including roles like retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales, where they’ve built confidence in communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
As an AI Learning & Adoption Apprentice, you’ll help colleagues across the business understand, adopt, and maximise new technologies and AI tools. Key tasks include:
- Delivering training and coaching sessions to colleagues
- Supporting teams in learning new systems and workflows
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for tech and AI queries
- Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Introducing new tools, processes, and business enhancements
- Creating learning materials, guides, and support resources
- Collaborating with recruiters, managers, and support teams
- Exploring how AI and automation can boost productivity and performance
- Assisting with technology adoption and continuous improvement projects
