Job Title
Are you passionate about helping others discover the potential of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI)? Do you enjoy demystifying complex concepts and making them approachable for all learners, including beginners and non-technical audiences? At Metric5, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with varying levels of expertise to harness the power of machine learning and AI. We are looking for an AI Learning Specialist who combines deep technical knowledge with a talent for crafting and delivering accessible learning experiences for all. Join us in a vibrant and collaborative environment where you will advance learners’ understanding and application of machine learning and artificial intelligence to the mission objectives of our federal clients.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement training programs that cater to a wide range of skill levels, focusing on the foundational aspects of machine learning and AI for beginners, as well as advanced topics for more experienced learners.
- Conduct engaging and inclusive training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring content is accessible and resonates with a diverse, non-technical audience.
- Create a variety of learning materials, including presentations, case studies, hands-on coding labs, interactive exercises, and assignments tailored to individual learning needs.
- Provide personalized feedback and support, focusing on individual participant development and learning outcomes.
- Continually update and refine curriculum materials to ensure relevance and cater to the evolving needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with other trainers and development teams to create an enriching, integrated learning experience.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and backgrounds, emphasizing clarity and inclusiveness.

Basic Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for engaging diverse, non-technical audiences.
- Experience in instructional design, particularly for beginners and non-technical learners in machine learning and AI.
- Strong empathy and patience to understand and address individual learning needs.
- Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
- Proficiency in machine learning, AI technologies, and programming languages like Python or R
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 annually
Location: Remote within the United States (monthly travel to Baltimore, MD may be required)
Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust/Suitability, which includes a requirement of U.S. residency for three out of the last five years
