Job Title: AI-Literate Human Resources Intern

Location: Remote (UK preferred, open to EMEA & APAC regions)
Commitment: Flexible (Internship / Work Placement / Dissertation-Aligned / Gap Year / Career Transition)
Important Notice: This is currently an unpaid internship opportunity.

About Us

Risidio is a UK-based research, design, and development (RD&D) company at the forefront of Web3, AI, and blockchain innovation. We develop cutting-edge technology solutions spanning decentralised applications, AI-powered platforms, and next-generation software infrastructures. Our projects include Lunim Studio, Lunim Media Suite (an innovative Web3 smart contract film finance and distribution platform), and various AI-driven Web3 applications that push the boundaries of digital ecosystems.

About the Role

We are hiring an AI-Literate Human Resources Intern to help build a high-trust, ownership-driven people function at Risidio. This is not a traditional HR internship. You will work within a live recruitment function where AI accelerates execution, but human judgement drives every important decision. From your first week, you will contribute to real hiring activities, candidate experience, onboarding, and HR operations while learning how to use AI responsibly within modern people practices.

Our Hiring Philosophy

We do not hire for headcount—we hire for alignment, ownership, and long-term potential. Through the Lunim Innovation Studio, we work in a fast-moving, outcome-focused environment that values independent thinking over hierarchy.

Our HR team is responsible for identifying people who:

  • Take ownership of their work.
  • Think independently.
  • Use AI responsibly and critically.
  • Demonstrate strong judgement.
  • Thrive in collaborative, low-hierarchy environments.

Your role will help protect these standards throughout the hiring process.

What You Will Own

AI-Enhanced Recruitment Operations

Use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency across recruitment while applying human judgement throughout. You will:

  • Draft and refine job descriptions using AI.
  • Generate structured candidate screening summaries.
  • Support sourcing and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
  • Prepare hiring updates and shortlist reports.
  • Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

AI will help generate first drafts and summaries. You will be responsible for reviewing outputs, checking for bias, ensuring accuracy, and making informed recommendations.

Candidate Assessment & Ownership Screening

Beyond skills and experience, you will help evaluate candidates for qualities that matter in our organisation. These include:

  • Ownership mindset.
  • Self-directed learning.
  • Independent decision-making.
  • Responsible use of AI.
  • Communication skills.
  • Curiosity and adaptability.
  • Alignment with a flat organisational structure.

You will learn how to distinguish genuine ownership from dependency throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations & Onboarding

Support core HR activities that contribute to an excellent employee experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing onboarding documentation.
  • Creating welcome materials and checklists.
  • Tracking onboarding progress.
  • Maintaining HR records in Notion and Google Sheets.
  • Supporting documentation and process improvements.
  • Identifying early onboarding risks or engagement concerns.

How We Work

Our approach is simple:

  • AI increases speed. Humans provide judgement.
  • AI helps with:
    • Drafting.
    • Summarising.
    • Scheduling.
    • Organising information.
    • Administrative support.
  • People remain responsible for:
    • Critical thinking.
    • Fair hiring decisions.
    • Bias identification.
    • Candidate evaluation.
    • Final recommendations.

Being AI-literate means understanding both the strengths and limitations of AI—not simply using the tools.

What This Role Is Not

This is not:

  • A traditional HR administration internship.
  • A heavily supervised graduate programme.
  • A corporate HR department with multiple approval layers.
  • A high-volume recruitment role focused on filling vacancies.

You will succeed here if you enjoy taking initiative, solving problems independently, and learning through responsibility.
