Help transform a leading media and events business using AI, automation and smart marketing

We're looking for someone who is excited by AI and wants to use it to transform the way a growing business operates.

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

Yes, you'll help deliver marketing campaigns. But you'll also be expected to identify repetitive tasks across the business and build AI powered systems that make them faster, smarter and more effective.

If you've already been experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n or other AI tools in your own time - we'd love to hear from you.

Our brands include:

  • Housing Digital

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll help drive both marketing activity and AI adoption across the business. One day you might be creating a LinkedIn campaign for one of our awards, the next you could be building an AI workflow that automates prospect research.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems just as much as creating content.

What You'll Be Doing:

Marketing

  • Marketing Planning and delivering marketing campaigns
  • Managing LinkedIn activity
  • Creating email campaigns in Mailchimp
  • Updating websites
  • Supporting event launches
  • Promoting awards programmes
  • Writing marketing copy
  • Creating landing pages

AI & Automation

  • Building AI workflows using Claude and other AI tools
  • Automating repetitive marketing tasks
  • Introducing AI across sales, editorial, marketing and events
  • Building internal AI assistants
  • Creating prompts and workflows for the wider team
  • Connecting systems using Zapier, Make or similar tools
  • Testing new AI products and recommending improvements

Business Improvement

  • You'll regularly ask: "How could AI save us an hour here?"
  • Whether that's: Researching speakers, finding sponsors, qualifying leads, writing first drafts, analysing survey results or building reports.
  • You'll become our in-house AI champion.

About You:

You don't need to know everything. But you do need to be genuinely excited about AI.

You might already:

  • use ChatGPT every day
  • build your own GPTs
  • use Claude or Gemini
  • have experimented with Zapier or Make
  • enjoy finding better ways of working
  • be the person friends ask about AI

We're far more interested in curiosity than certificates.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Confident using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to improve productivity and solve business problems.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to create effective AI workflows.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com or n8n (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • Ability to identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including LinkedIn, email marketing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp and Canva (or similar platforms).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
