UI/UX Design Manager, AI-First
Total Annual Package: Up to USD $132,000 + comprehensive benefits • Base: $120,000 • Performance bonus: Up to 10% of base, paid monthly
Location: Remote (Global) – Option to work from our Dubai office (0% income tax) with relocation and visa sponsorship supported
About the Role
Join the AI-First pioneer tribe. We’ve been revolutionizing design with artificial intelligence since December 2023. This remote role requires an innovative UI/UX Design Manager reporting directly to the CEO. Your mission: redesign the e-commerce web experience and transform the entire design team’s workflow using AI-driven tools like Figma AI and Adobe Firefly.
You’ll operate at a pace that only those hungry for rapid evolutionary growth can handle. In just one year, you’ll ship high-fidelity web designs, push experimentation velocity, and mentor a design team through an AI-first shift that would take others years.
Think of it as a 3-year leadership acceleration program delivered in six months. Your work here will move the needle instantly.

Requirements
Mandatory Criteria
- 7–10 years in e-commerce web design, including 4+ years in leadership (mentoring, team operations)
- Portfolio showcasing PDP/PLP/Checkout design improvements tied to measurable business results (e.g., conversion lifts)
- Expertise in Figma (variables, Dev Mode, robust systems)
- Visual and motion design esthetics with responsive sensibility
- Proven GenAI implementation in professional pipelines, with mastery of:
- Prompt engineering
- Brand governance in AI workflows
- Quality control for generative outputs
- Understanding of AI-driven UX patterns (assistant UI, conversational search & recommendations)
- Familiarity with experiments (A/B vs. multi-armed bandits) and metrics trade-offs
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 and SEO best practices for e-commerce
