Salary: £50,000 per year
Kite Strategies is looking for an AI Officer to help shape how artificial intelligence is used across our communications, media and operational work. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn AI tools into reliable systems that improve research, content production, workflow efficiency and decision-making.
You will work closely with the leadership team to identify where AI can create genuine value, test new tools, improve existing processes and help build scalable internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve AI-supported workflows across the business
- Research and test new AI tools, models and platforms
- Help automate repetitive research, content and operational tasks
- Create effective prompts, processes and quality-control standards
- Work with developers and non-technical team members to implement AI solutions
- Monitor the accuracy, reliability and responsible use of AI-generated outputs
- Train colleagues on how to use AI tools effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, output quality and scalability

What We Are Looking For
- Strong practical knowledge of generative AI and large language models
- Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms
- An understanding of prompt design, automation and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong research, writing and problem-solving skills
- The ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues
- A proactive and experimental mindset
- High attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality control
