Senior Project Manager – AI
M+C Saatchi Group
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager – AI to take the lead on the operational delivery of M+C Saatchi Group’s AI capability (MICA) as it scales globally. This central role ensures the infrastructure, governance, tooling, and processes behind MICA operate effectively and at scale, translating AI ambition into consistent, scalable ways of working across the Group.
Based in London with a hybrid working pattern, this role operates across a global network of teams, reporting to the Chief People & Operations Officer and collaborating closely with CEO for Consulting, Experience and Performance, as well as IT, Legal, Procurement, and business leaders.
About the Role
As MICA scales across the Group, the successful candidate will:
- Lead a hands-on programme focused on infrastructure, governance, rollout, and adoption.
- Manage a complex, fast-moving programme spanning technology, policy, vendor management, and organisational rollout across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Ensure that tools, processes, and frameworks are in place to support AI strategy, client work, and product development—distinct from AI product ownership.
Success will be measured by:
- A scalable, well-managed AI tool ecosystem across the Group
- Clear, up-to-date governance and usage frameworks
- Seamless onboarding and adoption of AI tools
- Strong vendor and contract management
- Key infrastructure upgrades enabling AI at scale
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery & Orchestration
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the MICA operations programme, ensuring alignment, tracking, and on-time delivery across workstreams.
- manage the approved AI tool inventory and roadmap, coordinating onboarding, sunsetting recommendations, and governing tool permissions with IT, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders.
Governance & Policy
- Evolve the AI governance framework in collaboration with Legal, IT, Procurement, and business leaders, ensuring compliance and currency.
- Maintain and refine GenAI production guidelines, covering IP, usage, and tool permissions across disciplines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
