AI Operations Coordinator (Claude) - Fully Remote

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Operations Coordinator (Claude) based in United Kingdom.

As an AI Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving practical AI adoption and operational transformation across the business. This position combines AI innovation, process improvement, and digital operations, giving you the opportunity to implement impactful solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, identifying automation opportunities and developing AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable results. In addition, you will contribute to digital marketing initiatives and support business growth through process optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about emerging technologies, continuous learning, and shaping the future of work within a collaborative and fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through AI-driven solutions and workflow automation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered prompts, templates, workflows, and supporting documentation using Claude and similar technologies.
  • Research emerging AI tools and assess their practical applications to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
  • Support AI adoption initiatives by creating training materials and guiding users in the effective use of AI solutions.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media scheduling, content creation, and campaign support.
  • Manage website updates, marketing collateral, and online business listings to maintain a strong digital presence.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual work and optimize business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes and deliver innovative business solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI Operations, Business Improvement, Process Improvement, Digital Operations, Marketing Operations, Workflow Automation, AI Implementation, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI platforms to improve productivity, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience developing AI prompts, templates, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within distributed teams.
  • Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience with Canva, digital content creation, social media management, website content updates, Google Business Profile optimization, or digital marketing campaigns is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and AI productivity tools is highly desirable.
