Wonolo (Work Now Locally) is disrupting the $140BN temporary staffing industry.

Founded in 2014, Wonolo's mission is to help people find consistent work. Through our two-sided tech marketplace, we connect hundreds of businesses in need of front-line workers with 2 million underemployed workers in local markets across the United States, within minutes. Wonolo has raised over $200M in funding which will continue to help us empower the in-demand workforce by democratizing access to flexible work, opportunities to learn new skills, a living wage, and comprehensive portable benefits and perks.

We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist to work with Wonolo’s Central Operations team. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and you will provide contractual services to Wonolo’s Central Operations team. You will work closely with Wonolo’s teams to bring innovative experiences to life for Wonolo’s customers (we call them Requestors), both mid-market and enterprise businesses who rely on Wonolo to connect them with front-line workers. You will amplify our team's impact by building effective tooling around AI and automation solutions. You will help ensure our ops team fully leverages existing and new AI agents, in addition to launching automations and reporting to maximize their efficiency and reach.

You'll partner primarily with operations, and collaborate with product and engineering to unify data reporting and reduce manual effort. Ultimately, your work will streamline manual processes and ensure AI solutions are fully utilized to boost the team's overall effectiveness.

We welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in the Philippines #LI-Remote.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation and tool requests from operations teams using tools such as Zapier or other low-code/no-code platforms. Proactively fix bottlenecks or gaps in automation usage.
  • Develop more unified analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance across systems. Consolidate metrics across disparate tools, enabling improved reporting for business stakeholders.
  • Drive internal adoption of AI agents by making tools that are accessible, understandable, and valuable to ops stakeholders. Help train internal stakeholders on how to use and interpret AI dashboards and metrics, so they can better coordinate their efforts including delegating to AI.
  • Maintain clear operational documentation for all new automations used within the team.
  • Provide structured feedback to help align AI agent behavior with actual business workflows.
  • Experiment with LLM evaluation and monitoring tools to support human-in-the-loop workflows that integrate our AI agent conversations into recruiter and ops processes.
  • Stay current on developments in agentic AI, no/low-code automation platforms, and emerging LLM applications in operations.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 1+ years of experience working in automation using low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier.
  • Proficiency in SQL writing.
  • Familiarity with Python and/or Javascript is a plus.
  • You are able to take an open-ended, ambiguous high-level question and break it down into specific analyses and provide answers.
  • You have an understanding of common analytical frameworks and analysis types, e.g. A/B test analyses, retention analysis, KPI creation.
  • You think critically about analyses, goals, and strategy; ask good questions and pressure-tests assumptions. You have a healthy suspicion of data quality.
  • Keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to Low/No code development and automation.
  • You are a strong communicator. You are able to speak in deep technical detail to the other analysts or data eng, but also able to abstract out and deliver key findings to stakeholders with less technical acumen.
  • You exemplify a humble competence that inspires others and raises our collective bar (#OneTeamOneDream).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
