Owns
- Agent runtime infrastructure
- APIs between data, models, and user interfaces
- Authentication, permissions, logging, and monitoring
- Model/tool orchestration
- Usage, cost, and error tracking
- Review queues and audit trails
- Internal tools for market dailies, consensus summaries, and sales-ready content

Must have
- Strong Python backend engineering
- API design, ideally FastAPI or similar
- LLM API / model endpoint integration
- Cloud deployment experience
- Observability, logging, and production reliability
- Enough front-end ability to support internal tools
