Start ASAP

UST is looking for an exceptional AI & Platform Engineering Lead to drive the evolution of our Enterprise AI Platform into a scalable, secure, cloud-native product adopted across global enterprise clients.

This is a senior hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep engineering expertise with platform thinking, AI innovation, and commercial delivery. You'll shape the technical direction, influence product strategy, engage with clients, lead talented engineering teams, and remain close enough to the code and architecture to make critical engineering decisions.

If you enjoy turning cutting-edge AI capability into enterprise-grade platforms used at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and lead the engineering roadmap for UST's Enterprise AI Platform.
  • Transform AI and GenAI innovations into production-ready platform capabilities.
  • Build scalable, secure, API-first, cloud-native solutions for enterprise adoption.
  • Drive engineering excellence across architecture, DevSecOps, automation, observability, and platform reliability.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across AI, cloud, platform, data, and software engineering.
  • Partner with clients, architects, and business stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and platform growth.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture reviews, design guidance, and engineering best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
