About the Role
We are seeking an AI Platform Programme Manager. In this fantastic role, you’ll lead delivery of the Group AI Agent Platform roadmap, partnering across regions and functions to turn AI capabilities into reliable, repeatable services with the right controls, governance and operational rigour.
If you like shaping outcomes, unblocking teams, and making enterprise-scale delivery happen, this is a great opportunity.
A move across the business allows you to continue to access tailored professional development opportunities, and our fantastic benefits packages.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Group AI Agent Platform roadmap (scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, outcomes).
- Run delivery governance and cadence (SteerCo, RAID, status reporting, decision logs) with clear exec-level updates.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery across engineering, architecture, data/AI, security, risk and controls—removing blockers and aligning priorities.
- Control scope, schedule and budget, including vendor/partner delivery where applicable.
- Lead delivery assurance (quality gates, release readiness, cutover planning, post-implementation stabilisation) and ensure audit-ready documentation/evidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
