๐Ÿš€ AI Product Lead / Senior Business Analyst โ€“ Shape the Future of AI in Investment Management

Are you passionate about turning AI potential into real business value?

We're partnering with a highly regarded investment organisation that is accelerating its journey towards becoming a truly data-led, AI-enabled business. As part of this evolution, we're looking for an experienced AI Product Lead / Senior Business Analyst to identify, shape and deliver high-impact AI initiatives across the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of investment management, data, technology and AI, helping drive meaningful change across front, middle and back-office functions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying, assessing and prioritising AI opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions
  • Mapping current and future-state processes, uncovering efficiencies through simplification, standardisation and automation
  • Supporting AI solution design, prototyping and deployment across a range of LLM technologies
  • Ensuring governance, compliance and responsible AI practices are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Driving organisational AI maturity, including business process re-engineering and future AI operating models

What we're looking for

  • Strong Business Analysis experience within investment or asset management
  • Deep understanding of investment data, processes and data quality challenges
  • Experience delivering data, analytics or AI-focused initiatives
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data teams and technology functions
  • Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, controls and data privacy considerations
  • A commercial, product-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and adoption

Why this role?

This isn't a traditional BA position.

You'll play a key role in helping an established investment business define how AI is used responsibly, strategically and effectively across the enterprise. You'll have visibility with senior stakeholders, influence future AI capabilities, and help create tangible outcomes in a rapidly evolving space.
