Consultant - £55,000
Senior Consultant - £70,000
Managing Consultant - £88,000

Remote with occasional client visits (London)

About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced AI Product Manager who is excited by the opportunity to shape intelligent digital products that deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, technology and user experience, helping organisations identify where AI can make the biggest impact before leading products from concept through to deployment.

This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial thinking with technical understanding and enjoys working closely with clients, designers, engineers and data specialists to bring innovative AI solutions to life.

What You'll Be Doing

Define AI Strategy

  • Partner with clients to understand business challenges and identify where AI can create genuine value.
  • Develop AI product strategies aligned to organisational objectives and customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders understand emerging AI capabilities and their practical applications.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and innovation workshops to generate and prioritise AI opportunities.

Build Valuable Products

  • Shape product visions, roadmaps and delivery plans for AI-powered solutions.
  • Lead rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept initiatives to validate ideas before scaling.
  • Use customer insight and experimentation to refine products and improve user outcomes.
  • Balance innovation with commercial value, ensuring products solve meaningful business problems.

Deliver Responsible AI

  • Ensure AI products are designed with ethics, governance, privacy and security in mind.
  • Embed responsible AI principles throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with technical teams to define data requirements and ensure high standards of data quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI implementation.

Drive Adoption & Transformation

  • Support organisations in embedding AI products into existing operating models.
  • Help clients manage organisational change and maximise adoption of new technologies.
  • Measure product success using meaningful KPIs and continuously optimise based on performance.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who enjoy solving complex problems through technology and can demonstrate experience delivering AI-enabled products from idea through to live service.

You'll ideally have experience across several of the following areas:

AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Understanding of enterprise AI architecture and systems integration.
  • Experience working with AI platforms, APIs and modern cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, compliance and responsible AI frameworks.

Product Management

  • Strong product management experience with ownership of strategy, vision and roadmap development.
  • Experience using Agile methodologies to deliver digital products.
  • Confident leading discovery, experimentation and MVP development.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and evidence-based decision making.

Data & AI Delivery

  • Ability to define data requirements that support successful AI products.
  • Understanding of model performance, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Experience moving AI solutions from prototype into production environments.
  • Awareness of live service support, optimisation and scalability.

Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, influencing decisions and building trusted client relationships.
  • Able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Leadership

  • Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting the development of high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional delivery teams across product, engineering and design.
  • Passionate about fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
