The Group AI Team

The Group AI team owns Sky’s enterprise-wide AI ambition, strategy, and roadmap to deliver meaningful business value and embed AI into the fabric of how Sky operates. Within this, the Workflow Transformation team is responsible for accelerating Sky’s Agentic transformation, embedding forward-deployed teams within business functions to reimagine AI-enabled work, design AI solutions, and collaboratively deliver deployments alongside technology and the other Group AI teams.

AI Product Manager

As AI Product Manager, you will translate business opportunities into detailed product requirements, managing the delivery of AI solutions from design through to deployment and iteration. Working as part of forward-deployed teams, you will configure and ship no-code solutions yourself for simpler use cases, while coordinating with technology on more complex custom builds. You will create PRDs, manage backlogs, and oversee deployment and adoption to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and create measurable value.

This is a great opportunity to help shape how AI changes the way Sky operates, moving from ideas and experimentation into practical solutions that make a measurable difference for teams across the business.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with AI Workflow Analysts throughout discovery and design, shaping opportunities and co-creating practical AI solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Own and prioritize the AI product backlog, coordinating delivery with technology teams through sprint planning and agile ceremonies
  • Build and deploy no-code solutions, including agent workflows and simple automations that connect systems and APIs
  • Create mock-ups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas, evolve requirements, and accelerate delivery
  • Oversee solution deployment, monitoring performance, adoption, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement through rapid iteration
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve blockers, and work closely with delivery teams to maintain momentum and value realization

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
