Data & AI Product Manager
Location: London / Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: £70,000 per annum

We’re partnering with a growing UK-based technology business operating in a highly regulated environment, delivering software solutions to public sector organisations. Following significant investment and expansion, they’re looking for a Data & AI Product Manager to drive the development of data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities across their platform.
The Role
You’ll lead the discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of data and AI features, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams. This role focuses on identifying high-value opportunities, shaping practical solutions, and ensuring delivery aligns with both user needs and regulatory constraints.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shape data and AI opportunities that solve real user and business problems
- Translate complex requirements into clear product plans, experiments, and success metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
- Balance delivery trade-offs across value, risk, and complexity
- Ensure appropriate consideration of governance, privacy, and operational impact

About You
- 5+ years’ product management experience in a technical environment
- Experience with data, analytics, or AI-enabled products
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, pragmatic approach
- Comfortable working across engineering, data, and business stakeholders
- Awareness of governance and regulatory considerations in data/AI
