Key Responsibilities
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management
- Drive overall program planning, execution, and delivery governance for the AI/ML Lab.
- Partner with domain SMEs and business stakeholders to define PoC, Pilot, and MVP roadmaps.
- Establish and manage cross-functional agile teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
- Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- 10-12 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager
- Backlog Management: Own and manage the backlog of the product and prioritise work
- Execution: Translate high-level vision into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria; lead and coordinate with the development team on priorities
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business, IT and technical team and build relationships with stakeholders
- Agentic AI or Generative AI: Any experience in Generative AI or Agentic AI projects would be an advantage
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business goals to technical teams
- Industry: Any experience in Utilities industry will certainly be a plus
