This AI Product Manager/Owner is for a global engineering organisation with over £2bn in annual revenue, operating across three specialist business units and serving more than 110,000 direct customers worldwide. As part of an ambitious digital transformation, the business is bringing its AI, digital and enterprise technology capabilities together at group level, creating a unified operating model that will shape the future of customer engagement.
As an AI Product Manager/Owner, you will own the product vision for how AI and CRM integrate across the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Working with stakeholders across the Group and individual business units, you'll define and prioritise the product roadmap, determining which capabilities are developed on top of Microsoft's emerging agentic AI ecosystem.

This AI Product Manager/Owner is:

- 🛠️ Experience and strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft's Copilot and agent technologies.
