Position Overview
The AI Product Manager leads the strategy, prioritisation, delivery, adoption, and measurement of internal AI initiatives that advance BGB’s AI operating model. This role turns the agency’s AI vision into a practical roadmap across:
- GPT/LLM enablement
- Agentic workflows
- Claims Library
- Orchestration Engine
- Cortex/memory
- 3D science tools
- Production standardisation
- Workflow automation
The role is accountable for ensuring AI investments are prioritised against business value, built with the right governance, adopted by teams, and measured for operational and commercial impact.
The AI Product Manager defines the AI product roadmap, prioritises use cases, drives adoption, and ensures every AI initiative delivers measurable value.

Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Own and maintain the AI product portfolio and roadmap across:
- GPT enablement, agentic workflows, orchestration
- Knowledge reuse
- Claims Library
- Cortex & memory
- Production standardisation
- Strategic AI tools

Opportunity Identification & Prioritisation
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise business opportunities for AI enablement or automation based on:

Requirements & Roadmapping
- Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate business needs into:
- Clear product briefs
- PRDs
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Rollout plans
- Measurement plans
End-to-End AI Initiative Delivery
- Partner with:
- Engineering
- Platform teams
- UX & subject matter experts (SMEs)
- External partners
- Move solutions through phases:
- Concept → pilot
- Pilot → production
- Production → scaled adoption
Minimum Viable Product (MVP) & Scaling
- Define what belongs in an MVP vs. future releases
- Ensure early efforts prove:
- Adoption
- Business value
- Quality
- Scalability
- Avoid premature scope expansion
Adoption & Change Management
- Coordinate:
- Pilots
- User testing
- Workflow mapping
- Training needs

Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years in:

Salary Range
£50,000 – £60,000 GBP
