Your role will revolve around a focused AI workstream—from trust and reliability to AI-powered builders—offering independence and collaborative mentorship. Each PM will collaborate closely with key stakeholders including engineering, design, data science, product marketing, developer relations, community, support, and customer success.
This is not an ML research lab or platform—we craft functional infrastructure, leveraging the hands-on, production-ready insights of a company already trusted by users. Focus will be on a practical, intentional institutionalization of AI’s potential.

Trust & Reliability
- AI Trust: Ensure AI on n8n is trustworthy in production. Dive into evolving standards for PLM evaluation, traceability, debugging, latency metrics, cost management, and guardrails—ensuring AI’s dignity in a state of transition.
- Mission: Elevate the industry-wide baseline for reliable AI workflows, creating a stable foundation for businesses ready to deploy AI.
Building with AI
- Super Agent: Turn n8n into an AI-first product experience. Focus areas include advanced Super Agent capabilities, custom memory systems, Skills and tools for advanced multi-tool integration, browser automation, rich file-handling, chat-directed development, and proactive AI assistance.
- Mission: Direct a significant shift in adoption, moving n8n from automation tool hiring to AI-powered builder using the tool itself.

- Product Shipments: A proven track record—designing, prototyping and publicly available projects. AI workflows, tooling, and enterprise tools, used by real people.
- Eval Practice: Tangible commitment to experimentation, actively pushing to analyze evaluations in live production systems beyond mere experimentation or theoretical frameworks.
- Agentic Understanding: Deep unreasoning experience with tool orchestration, Harness Osculation loops, planning systems, context management, and development workflow authenticity.
- Product Wisdom: Primal instincts honed through time. Shift bureaucracy with judgment, not rhetoric—intrinsic masters of trade-offs, roadmap alignment, and reaching features users feel good about and need.
