What you’ll achieve
As the Product Manager, with deep healthcare and AI expertise, you will:
- Join our growing AI product team and drive the application of artificial intelligence to Health Information Systems, across Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Patient Administration Systems (PAS).
- Operate on a global scale, working closely with the PM Lead to create the global product roadmap for this domain and manage the products within the portfolio through their full lifecycle.
The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in healthcare product management, a practical understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to translate clinical and operational workflows into impactful AI-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable value to healthcare providers worldwide.
You will:
- Support the Lead PM in defining and maintaining the global AI product roadmap for Health Information Systems, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market needs.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products within the EMR and PAS AI portfolio, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration.
- Engage directly with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
- Create the business case for specific products, from scope to cost and RoI.
- Lead a development team working hand in hand with a Tech Lead in the development of the requirements into a product using agile methodology and ceremonies.
- Support in the identification and evaluation of third-party solutions, AI vendors, and integration partners relevant to the HIS space, contributing to build vs. buy assessments.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for AI features deployed within EMR and PAS contexts, supporting sales in the positioning of the product on the market, monitoring adoption and impact post-launch.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products comply with relevant regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across target geographies (e.g. AI Act, GDPR, HL7/FHIR standards).
- Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to the relevant stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a healthcare setting, with direct exposure to EMR and/or PAS systems.
- Practical experience with AI technologies and their application in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and clinical data models.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and clinical audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering healthcare technology products through full product lifecycle.
- Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience at or with AI-native companies, with familiarity with rapid, data-driven product development methodologies.
- Exposure to agentic AI, clinical decision support systems, or AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Familiarity with global healthcare regulatory frameworks (FDA, MDR, MHRA) as they relate to AI-enabled software as a medical device (SaMD).
- Experience working in or with integrated delivery networks, hospital groups, or health system vendors.
