AI Product Manager

Location: London, Greater London
Contract type: Permanent
Position type: Full Time
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Closing date: 10th July 2026

About the role

To stay close to our customers and colleagues, our support teams are in the office for at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

Summary

As an AI Product Manager in the AI Accelerator, you will play a pivotal role in turning the potential of AI into real, scalable value for Marks & Spencer. You will work at the intersection of business, technology and delivery to identify, prioritise and shape AI-enabled products that measurably improve customer and colleague experiences.

Working closely with business teams, AI engineers and data scientists, you will lead discovery, experimentation and delivery, ensuring AI solutions are grounded in real problems, designed for adoption, and embedded into everyday ways of working.

You will focus on taking AI ideas from concept to impact - balancing pace, learning and rigour - and ensuring that AI products launched through the Accelerator deliver meaningful commercial and operational outcomes across M&S.

Who you are

An experienced product manager with a strong track record of shaping and delivering (ideally AI‑enabled) digital products that create measurable commercial and operational impact.
Comfortable leading discovery and experimentation in ambiguous problem spaces, particularly where AI (including GenAI, agentic AI and automation) is part of the solution.
A proactive self‑starter who spots high‑value opportunities, drives innovation, and is motivated by delivering outcomes rather than outputs.
Confident engaging, influencing, and communicating with senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear business value.
Passionate about the evolution of AI and emerging technologies, with sound judgement on where AI genuinely adds value and where it does not.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
