We are seeking an AI Product Owner
In this fantastic role, you’ll own a flagship GenAI product that’s already positioned to help 200,000+ colleagues work smarter. You’ll shape the roadmap, lead a product team, and partner with engineering and customer success to deliver safe, scalable capabilities, right at the centre of HSBC’s Group AI strategy.

In this role, you will:
- Act as a Product Owner for the Productivity Suite serving 200,000+ colleagues across the bank.
- Own delivery and execution of key roadmap elements and shape the long-term product vision.
- Supervise Product Managers and analysts, providing oversight and direction to keep delivery cohesive.
- Create new features based on user feedback, MI and research, ensuring they’re cost-effective, supportable and reusable.
- Establish and maintain an effective requirements intake and backlog prioritisation process, working closely with engineering to define/refine requirements.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:
- Extensive PO and relationship management experience, able to lead and manage a product end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including using data/MI to drive adoption and engagement.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLMs, model safety and evaluation.
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation using analytics and AI/ML.
- Understanding of Risk/Compliance/Controls plus awareness of cybersecurity and data privacy threats in the LLM space.
