AI Product Specialist

We're looking for a Product Specialist to join a growing team focused on the adoption and optimisation of AI technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, delivery and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions, helping users maximise the value of emerging technologies across the organisation.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll support a range of product-related activities, including roadmap planning, backlog management, user engagement, training and product adoption. You'll also stay up to date with developments in the AI landscape, helping to identify new tools, features and opportunities that could enhance business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities Support the management and continuous improvement of AI products and platforms Drive user adoption through training, communications and enablement initiatives Act as a key point of contact for product-related queries and user support Assist with roadmap planning, backlog management and delivery coordination Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, translating technical concepts into business-focused outcomes Support governance, risk and compliance activities relating to AI technologies
