Role Title: AI Productivity Specialist

Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and document innovative, AI-driven processes to improve productivity for complex workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across digital workplace tools.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform system improvements and workflow enhancements.
  • Design workflow diagrams and instructional materials to communicate automation strategies.
  • Test, validate, and refine AI-powered solutions, providing real-world input on effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into actionable AI workflows.
  • Capture feedback and report findings to support continuous improvement of AI models.
