Role Title: AI Productivity Specialist
Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and document innovative, AI-driven processes to improve productivity for complex workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across digital workplace tools.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform system improvements and workflow enhancements.
- Design workflow diagrams and instructional materials to communicate automation strategies.
- Test, validate, and refine AI-powered solutions, providing real-world input on effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into actionable AI workflows.
- Capture feedback and report findings to support continuous improvement of AI models.

- Extensive experience utilizing AI technologies and automation to boost productivity.
- Strong analytical abilities with skill in dissecting complex problems and delivering solutions.
- Proficiency with workplace tools and integration of AI within these environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills focused on clarity and knowledge sharing.
- Background in business operations, engineering, finance, or research where workflow management is critical.
- Proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies and implementing AI-driven enhancements.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, managing deliverables and collaborating virtually.
