AI Revenue Growth Manager
The AI Revenue Growth Manager will lead commercial development and revenue generation for Keywords AI Data Services across the UK and EMEA, identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities with frontier AI labs and physical / embodied AI customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Keywords AI Data Services, this is a senior individual contributor role, mission-critical to the launch and scaling of Keywords’ newest service line. The role combines strategic market hunting, consultative solution selling and trusted advisory relationship-building, translating Keywords’ proprietary data networks, specialist labour pools and AI service capabilities into measurable client outcomes and a predictable, defensible revenue pipeline. The named target landscape includes frontier LLM labs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Mistral, Cohere), physical AI and robotics platforms (Wayve, Isomorphic Labs, NVIDIA, Figure, 1X, Skild AI), and adjacent enterprise AI buyers across UK and EMEA. Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities with named frontier AI labs, physical AI and robotics customers, and enterprise AI buyers across UK and EMEA, building and managing a robust pipeline aligned to ambitious revenue targets. Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Keywords AI Data Services, including market mapping, account prioritisation, ICP refinement and proactive outbound prospecting through networking, research, referrals and digital channels. Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements end-to-end: diagnose client problems, position Keywords’ AI data services portfolio (data annotation, model evaluation, red-teaming, embodied AI data) and articulate quantifiable ROI to technical, commercial and C-suite stakeholders. Own complex deal cycles end-to-end, from first contact through proposal, negotiation, contracting and successful handover to delivery teams in Singapore, India and across the global studio network. Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, partners and industry influencers — positioning Keywords as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional vendor. Develop client-centric proposals and commercial models that clearly demonstrate Keywords’ unique value proposition versus pure-play data labelling competitors and in-house alternatives. Provide structured market intelligence and competitive insight back into the AI Data Services leadership team to inform product, pricing, packaging and positioning decisions. Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, taking full ownership of pipeline integrity, conversion metrics and quarterly revenue outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, technical leadership (Singapore-based), marketing and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and that engagements are structured for long-term account growth. Education & Experience ·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant advanced certifications (sales methodologies, negotiation, AI/ML literacy) is advantageous. · 8–12 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development or strategic account management within a solutions-oriented B2B environment, with a demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets. · Direct experience selling into AI labs, hyperscalers, foundation model companies, robotics platforms or large technology buyers is strongly preferred, with an established network of decision-makers in at least one of these segments. · Proven success in launching new service offerings, opening new market segments or building a regional book of business from a low base — comfort with ambiguity and white-space selling is essential. · Working knowledge of the AI services landscape (data annotation, RLHF, evaluation, red-teaming, synthetic data, embodied AI data pipelines) and fluency with frontier model providers, agentic AI and the application of LLMs in enterprise contexts. Skills & Attributes ·Strategic acumen combined with operational rigour: able to set a regional revenue agenda and personally execute against it, calmly and consistently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. · Exceptional consultative selling and storytelling skills — translating technical AI service features into tangible business benefits and credible ROI for both technical and executive buyers. ·Master negotiator and relationship builder, skilled at finding win-win commercial structures, navigating procurement and closing mutually profitable deals with sophisticated counterparties. ·Deeply empathetic and intellectually curious: actively listens to client pain points, integrates their viewpoints into more effective solution design, and stays continuously updated on AI industry shifts and competitive moves. · A builder’s mindset: resilient, accountable and self-motivated, energised by creating pipeline where there is none and building Keywords’ AI services franchise from the ground up. Benefits: Holiday - 25 days per annum + UK Bank Holidays BUPA Medical and Dental coverage Group Income Protection Group Life Assurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Enhanced Employer Pension Contributions Cycle Scheme Tech Scheme Electric Car Scheme This opportunity is being offered on a hybrid working basis at our London location. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
