Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and modern AI frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build intelligent software solutions that solve real-world business problems.

This role combines AI application development, prompt engineering, backend integration, and production deployment while contributing to scalable AI product development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar).
  • Build conversational AI solutions, intelligent assistants, and AI automation workflows.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve AI response quality and business outcomes.
  • Integrate AI services into web applications using REST APIs and Python-based backend services.
  • Design NLP pipelines for text analysis, information extraction, semantic search, and document understanding.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Participate in product architecture discussions and AI solution design.
  • Optimize AI performance through prompt refinement, retrieval techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
  • Work with Git, version control, Agile development methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deploy AI applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve model outputs and user experience.
  • Document AI solutions and maintain technical documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
