The Opportunity
We’re looking for ambitious, tech-savvy graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career at the intersection of AI and enterprise sales. This isn’t just another sales role – you’ll become an expert in one of the hottest areas in technology while developing enterprise sales skills that will define your career.
What You’ll Do
- Master eGain’s AI knowledge management platform and become a trusted advisor on how AI transforms enterprise operations
- Identify and engage with enterprise prospects through strategic outreach
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior Account Executives
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer challenges and position AI solutions
- Learn enterprise SaaS sales methodology from experienced mentors
- Build a pipeline that directly impacts company growth

What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of professional experience
- Genuine curiosity about AI, machine learning, and enterprise technology
- Strong technical aptitude – you can understand complex systems and explain them simply
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- Resilience, coachability, and competitive drive
- Able to work onsite 5 days a week
- Eligible to work in the UK

- Written test
- Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
- Functional section – this is a take-home test
