AI Sales Leader – Europe
A leading global IT Services and Consulting organisation is making a significant investment in its AI business across Europe and is seeking an experienced AI Sales Leader to drive strategic growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on winning and growing enterprise AI consulting engagements across multiple industries. You'll work with senior client stakeholders to shape AI strategies, develop transformational programmes, and accelerate adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI and next-generation intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth for AI Consulting and AI Transformation services across Europe.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Develop C-level relationships with enterprise clients and become a trusted AI advisor.
- Lead complex AI consulting pursuits from opportunity identification through to contract signature.
- Work closely with consulting, delivery and technology leaders to create compelling client propositions.
- Build executive relationships with hyperscalers and AI technology partners.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and client executive briefings.
- Help shape the European AI growth strategy.

Required Experience
- Significant experience selling AI consulting or AI transformation services within a large Global Systems Integrator or IT Services organisation.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-million-pound AI consulting engagements.
- Proven new business development and enterprise sales success.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with complex, matrix organisations across multiple European markets.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives and business leaders.

Location: UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £165,000–£200,000 Basic + Executive Benefits + Bonus
Type: Permanent
