Executive Assistant - AI Consultancy

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Fully remote, with quarterly travel to Glasgow and very occasional meetings in London.

About the Role

This is a broad, strategic Executive Assistant role supporting the board, with responsibilities including stakeholder management, event coordination, marketing support, and a variety of ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • AI-Savvy: Genuinely AI-savvy. This isn't a business that's just starting its AI journey. They're looking for someone who has proactively embraced AI, is already using it in their day-to-day work, and is excited about identifying opportunities to improve internal processes through AI and automation.
  • Forward-Thinking and Proactive: Someone who is forward-thinking and proactive.
  • Highly Autonomous: Highly autonomous with a strong "can do" attitude.
  • Confident Working at Board Level: Confident working at board level.
  • Efficiency and Value: Always looking for ways to improve efficiency and add value.
