Job Description

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Tax Technology & Innovation team at KPMG, where we are leading the way in transforming the tax industry through technology. As part of KPMG’s $5bn investment in technology over five years, you will play a key leadership role in helping both our clients and our internal teams harness the power of technological advances, particularly in artificial intelligence, to better manage tax obligations and drive business value.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of innovative projects and propositions, leading a team of business analysts and project delivery leads. You will work closely with clients to co-create and implement cutting-edge solutions that address their most pressing tax challenges, with a particular focus on AI-driven transformation. Internally, you will collaborate with senior leaders across our tax and technology practices to execute our business strategy and champion the adoption of new technologies, ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of industry change.

While prior experience in tax or accounting is advantageous, it is not required. We are seeking candidates with a strong track record in technology-driven project delivery, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.

Role Overview

Develop and deliver AI presentations and demonstrations, including both standard offerings and customised proof of concepts, to prospects, clients, and partners. Serve as a subject matter expert on AI applications in tax, advising clients on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities. Lead client workshops, assessments, and solution design sessions to tailor AI offerings to client needs. Oversee the implementation of AI-enabled tax solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable value for clients. Stay abreast of developments in AI, tax technology and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable strategies. Champion the integration of AI technologies within with KPMG Tax & Legal function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, pilot, and scale AI solutions. Develop and deliver training, best practices, and change management strategies to drive user engagement and adoption. Monitor and measure the impact of AI initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Experience And Background

Strong understanding of AI applications in a professional services environment Demonstrated ability to lead technology adoption initiatives and manage complex projects Strong client-facing skills Experience in team leadership and talent development Passionate about delivering an excellent service to clients Excellent verbal and written communication Experience working across a geographically diverse team
