We're partnering with one of the world's leading professional services and technology consulting organisations as they continue to invest heavily in their AI capability. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced AI Solution Architect to help design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK's largest organisations, helping clients shape and implement cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions from initial strategy through to production deployment.
You'll bring strong hands-on experience designing modern AI architectures across leading cloud platforms, alongside the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders. Whether advising on architecture, leading solution design workshops or supporting complex client engagements, you'll play a key role in delivering AI solutions that provide real business value.
This is a permanent role that can be worked out of any of our clients UK sites on a hybrid (3 day per week basis) & offers a very comprehensive benefits package & bonus.
What You'll Do
- Design and architect enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Work with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions and architecture discussions.
- Build and support AI prototypes and guide solutions through to production deployment.
- Advise on AI architecture, model selection, RAG, agent orchestration, security, governance and operational best practices.
- Support client proposals, RFP responses and technical pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and production-ready.

Experience Needed
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions in commercial environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI agents and agent orchestration.
- Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions, including deployment, governance, guardrails and operational considerations.
- Practical experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry/Studio, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Google Vertex AI and/or OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, model selection and AI architecture.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, leading technical workshops and presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to consulting, solution shaping, technical pre-sales, RFPs or proposal development is highly desirable.
- Experience across enterprise sectors such as Financial Services, Telecommunications or other large-scale regulated industries is advantageous.
