You’ll work with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on their most strategic AI initiatives, architecting solutions that power customer service, agent assistance, and field operations at scale. This isn’t just implementation work—you’re helping shape how the world’s largest organizations harness AI to serve their customers. What You’ll Do
- Architect AI-powered knowledge solutions based on the eGain AI Knowledge Method
- Integrate eGain AI Knowledge Hub with other systems in the enterprise
- Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university
- 3 to 5 years as a Solutions Architect implementing enterprise solutions for large organizations
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI applications in production enterprise environments
- The ability to lead technical workshops, translate business requirements into architecture, and earn trust from both IT teams and business stakeholders

- Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
- Functional section – this is a take-home test
